CPA/CPA Candidate

Qualifications:

  • Currently possess CPA license, in process of taking CPA exam, or meet qualifications to take CPA exam
  • Accounting experience, especially public accounting, is a plus
  • Supervisory experience is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
  • Basic working knowledge of Word
  • Team player who is able to work well with others
  • Strong attention to detail


Responsibilities:

  • Assist business clients with closing out their books at year end
  • Prepare, compile, review, and audit client financial statements according to professional standards
  • Prepare tax returns for individuals, businesses, and not-for-profit entities


Salary based on level of CPA licensing and experience

Staff Accountant

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education/ experience- Associate's in accounting or business-related field OR 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
  • Basic working knowledge of Word
  • Team player able to work well with others
  • Strong attention to detail


Salary is based on education and experience.

  • Assisting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, and other matters
  • Preparation of tax returns for individuals, businesses, and not-for-profit entities
  • Preparation, compilation, and review of financial statements according to professional standards.

Seasonal Tax Preparer

Job Description:

Preparation of Individual Income Tax returns. Training will be provided.

Accounting Intern

Semester:

  • Spring 2025 (January through April)


Position Description:

  • Prepare individual tax returns.


Qualifications:

  • Must be an Accounting or Business major, in the junior year standing or above, preferably pursuing the 150-credit hour track.
  • Interns are required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week from January 20 through April 15.
  • We will accommodate your class schedule when assigning work hours.
  • Responsibilities will include preparing individual tax returns.
  • Training will be provided.


Hours per Week:

  • 15 or more
